The Lofts at Marquez Place is an infill project that is home to both residential and commercial owners. The buildings are of superior construction with double stud demising walls for greater sound attenuation between units and 30,000 gallons of storm water harvesting. Located in an urban setting the owners can walk to a huge variety of business, making this truly, an energy savings project.
The Sky Series
Once again DCM LLC was ahead of their time when they built this project which consisted of placing quality building modules on top of an existing office building. Now part of the Lofts at Marquez Place this project combines the sustainable and efficient practices of factory built modules with land saving second story infill.
