The First Live/Work Project in New Mexico
The Lofts on Cerrillos is tucked away from Cerrillos Road in a peaceful setting. Located in the popular center of town near Zafarano with easy access in all directions. This community has attracted a variety of people, young and old, artists and small businesses, architects and massage therapists. The contemporary architecture was ground breaking for Santa Fe and the building techniques used for soundproofing and energy efficiency have now become the industry standard for quality.
